Windansea Surf Beach- Windansea Beach encompasses a historic stretch of scenic coastline located in La Jolla, a community in San Diego, California. It is named after an oceanfront hotel that burned down in the late 1940s. Geographically, it is defined by the beachfront extending north of Palomar Avenue and south of Westbourne Street. Windansea has a colorful California surf history and is very popular with surfers, but not recommended as an area for swimmers due to a strong shore break.

Smaller condo complexes and the larger Villa La Jolla complex (220 Units) which is 2 blocks to the beach.   Prices range from $350,000 for a one bedroom 713 square feet unit up to $420,000 for  a two bedroom with 989 sq ft.
